Lena-Sophie Martis

I am working as a pharmacologist in the Cardio-renal Research Department at Novo Nordisk. Originally from southern Germany, I completed my degrees in Tübingen and Regensburg, as well as at the Max Planck Institute in Munich. During my PhD, I worked in Aarhus and Edinburgh before moving to Copenhagen.

I joined NovoNations as it offers a great opportunity to engage with interesting people from around the globe. Additionally, I want to help create a community, in which everybody feels welcome and integrated.

 

EVP area: Research & Early Development

 

As Chair, Lena oversees NovoNations operations, ensures smooth collaboration between Board members, and works on spreading D&I initiatives across Novo Nordisk, with the goal of making NovoNations available at all Novo Nordisk sites around the world.
