What is the cancellation policy?

All NovoNations events (not including lunches, speaker series, the annual general assembly, and other special exceptions if indicated) will have a clear RSVP deadline and an indication of the applicable no-show fee, which has been set at 20 DKK. This information will be specified in both the event description on the NovoNations website and the Outlook invite. Events may have different RSVP deadlines, so make sure to follow the details from the website and the Outlook invite.

Cancellations are to be sent to info@novonations.dk and will be handled as follows:
 
Please note that the no-show fee also applies to free events.

How can I partially cancel an order?

It is not possible to cancel parts of an order only. However, a workaround exists. Kindly initiate a refund on TicketTailor for the complete order and then repurchase the required tickets immediately afterwards.

What is NovoNations?

NovoNations is an association for all employees, both international as well as Danish, working in Novo Nordisk A/S, Pharmatech Køge, Novo Nordisk Scandinavia AB and NNE Pharmaplan Denmark. How can an area purchase memberships for an employee?

Accepted Answer

In selected areas of the company, Novo Nordisk and NovoNations have an agreement to have membership fees reimbursed by the area instead of the individual.

In order to faciliate a sign-up in that specific case, a three step process  with manual activation of the subscription is in place:

1) Purchase a gift card on Gift Card | Novonations . 
2) The colleague becoming a member, then creates an account, without paying for a membership at this point. 
3) Once the account is created, kindly email the gift card code to I  N  M  C , who will activate the subscription. Our website provider does NOT support the feature to use a code for direct payment, hence the manual activation of your subscription.

Who manages NovoNations?

The day-to-day administration and governance of the association is overseen by the Executive Board, which is elected by NovoNations members annually during the annual General Assembly.

Is NovoNations free to join?

Accepted Answer

NovoNations offers membership through an annual subscription. Members receive exclusive benefits such as invitations to member-only events, site activities, complimentary drink, reduced entry/registration fees,  subscription to CPH Post, etc. Visit our 'Membership Benefits' section to learn more.

Question 7

Who is eligible for a NovoNations membership?

Any person employed and remunerated by Novo Nordisk A/S or by a subsidiary of Novo Nordisk A/S is eligible for membership of the Association. Pensioners, regular external parties, etc., are not eligible for membership.

What is the cost of membership?

Accepted Answer

The annual membership fee is 329 DKK/year and automatically renews at the end of each 12-months period. Members are notified about the auto-renewal process, and if you choose to opt out, you can simply sign in into your account/profile and cancel your membership before your current subscription period expires.

Can my friends and family join NovoNations events?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your friends and family can attend certain type of events hosted by NovoNations. However, as they are not part of the NovoNations community, discounted entry fee or other membership benefits do not apply to them.
