Hi and welcome to the NovoNations website!

​

My name is Jakub, but my friends call me Kuba. I was born and raised in Poland. I moved to Denmark in pursuit of my education as an Automation Engineer. My Danish educational journey first started in Aalborg, then Aarhus, and then finally in Copenhagen. In the capital, I started my career as an engineer in DanskIngeniør Services company.

Since graduation, I wanted to work and specialize in the life sciences sector. In October 2022, I joined Novo Nordisk as an Automation Engineer in DD&IT PS department for finished products in Hillerød. Together with my team, we are responsible for digitalization and automatization of the production, which involves implementation of modern solutions and technology.

Shortly after I joined the Novo family, I signed up for NovoNations, where I had the pleasure of meeting many amazing members -you probably have seen their happy smiles on this page! I think the idea of creating an international community is a fantastic initiative that provides the opportunity to connect with others and learn more about Novo Nordisk.

Besides my passion in technology, I like to spend my free time keeping active on team and individual sports. When I am a bit lazy -or if the weather suggests staying at home,- I enjoy cooking and watching my favourite series and movies.

As an Associate Director, Jakub is heavily involved in our Systems Integration portfolio which ensures that our website and all backend processes are fully functioning to ensure we serve our members as efficiently as possible.
